An International Juried Exhibition in Water Media
This is our 100th annual exhibition and demonstrates the longevity of the CSPWC/SCPA. It has been an honour to put this show together, and we offer our deepest thanks to all those who have assisted in shaping this exhibition. These exhibitions would not happen without artists being willing to put their work out there and we are grateful to all artists who entered their work and extend our congratulations to the artists who were accepted. Our deepest thanks as well to our award sponsors, without whom the generous award packages would not be possible.
This is an international exhibition, with entries and exhibiting artists from around the world. Please take note of the country of origin as you explore the show. We are grateful to the international artists who have undertaken the task of getting their work to us for this exhibition.

Youth Division:
A century of watercolour painting is a significant milestone, yet while we look back, it is also important to look forward. New this year, we have added a Youth Division to the exhibition. This was the first time for this to be part of Open Water. It was our hope that by inviting young artists to be part of this exhibition we begin to build connections to support the next generation of artists.
